Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Large palletized orders may take 7-10 business days depending on your location and the specific product's availability.

Yes, we offer sample sizes for most of our ceiling tiles and planks so you can verify the color, texture, and finish in your home's lighting before placing a full order.
What is your return policy for ceiling materials?
We accept returns on unopened, full cartons within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
