At Kanopi by Armstrong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ceiling solution; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to ensure we can continue providing high-quality architectural materials at competitive prices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the unused ceiling tiles or hardware in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RGA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package to the return address provided by our team using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
